The one thing about being a champ is that you’re always learning, always finding out more about the people who serve with you.
But the key thing is that as a leader, I always want to be:
A MONKEY
SURPRISED
The one thing I love about PHUQ2 is that the people there always surprise me with their dedication to help out, their enthusiasm to take ownership of the group, to rise out and to step out of their comfort zones. It seriously blows me away. And to think, that God has given me the privilege of witnessing the transformation of the people around me in Ablaze. It’s awesome stuff guys 
I’m seeing it in other aspects of my ministries too: in logistics, I saw little Joseph Lay checking out logistics and I was fully stoked.
I’m fully surprised by everything that’s going on hey but I wouldn’t want it any other way. As long as I live, Lord, help me never to write off the write offs…
Because you will always prove me wrong
